GPI seeks a full-time Highway Engineer for our growing New Jersey operations in Pleasantville, NJ. We seek an individual ready to work collectively with a multi-disciplined team of engineers on exciting and challenging projects. New Jersey projects can involve a range of roadways, bridges, intersections, and trail designs, with a focus on complete streets. What You’ll Be Doing:Create plans, specifications, and estimates for transportation projects for public agencies and municipalities in New JerseyDevelop plans from conceptual design to final contract documents, including 3-D modeling, horizontal and vertical alignments, cross-sections, grading, drainage design, and utility relocationsUtilize construction understanding to develop temporary traffic control and construction staging plansWhat You Bring to the Table:BS in Civil EngineeringPE in NJ is requiredProficiency using Autodesk Civil 3D softwareExperience with public agency clients, particularly NJDOT
