Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Bike Mechanic at our Raigarh location. The Bike Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining bikes to ensure optimal performance and safety. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine maintenance, addressing mechanical and technical issues, and offering recommendations for bike care to customers. Keeping a clean and organized workspace is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications

Proven abilities in Bicycle Repair, Bike Repair, and maintenance of two-wheelers
Knowledge of Bikes and Bicycles, including their components and functionality
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Previous experience as a mechanic in bicycle or two-wheeler repair is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to customer needs and various bike models
