Job Summary Performs bike repairs based on central standards, manages parts, and ensures bike readiness. We are looking for a Bike Repair Technician responsible for carrying out repairs as per standard guidelines, managing spare parts efficiently, and ensuring all bikes are in ready-to-use condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs on incoming bikes as per defined standards Diagnose faults and identify required repairs Maintain accurate repair logs and update daily reports Ensure achievement of daily repair targets Monitor and maintain high-quality repair standards Ensure accuracy in parts usage and inventory handling Performance Metrics: Number of repairs completed per day Quality audit pass rate Accuracy in spare parts usage Skills & Requirements: Hands-on experience in bike repairing Good technical knowledge of bike components and tools Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively Basic understanding of English ITI/Diploma or relevant experience preferred Working Conditions: Rotational shift schedule
