The role involves greeting customers, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing repair estimates, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, strong communication skills, and knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Experience with multi-brand vehicles is advantageous. This is a full-time position.
