The position is for an Associate in Global Infrastructure Investments at a leading sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves the full deal process, coordinating with advisors, evaluating investment opportunities, and managing the portfolio. The infrastructure investment team has a global remit and is looking for top-ranked Associates to join and focus on the origination, execution and asset management of direct equity transactions.
This role is based in the UAE, where compensation is tax-free for non-US citizens.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Involvement in the full deal process, from origination through to execution
• Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
• Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
• Monitoring the existing portfolio and exits

YOUR PROFILE:
• Experience of working in infrastructure M&A investment banking
• First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
• Willingness to be based in the Middle East full time
