Sr. Project Engineer -- Sustainability

Henkel is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer for Sustainability in Elgin, IL. This role involves managing project schedules and budgets, supervising contractors, developing specifications, and implementing environmental initiatives to meet sustainability targets. What you´ll do
• Adhere to Project Schedule
• Adhere to Project Budget
• Manage/Supervise Contractors and Equipment Installation
• Develop documentation for specification and purchasing of equipment and trades
• Conduct detailed conceptual and design engineering
• Regular Communicate with Stakeholders through Steering Committee
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring Henkel’s environmental initiatives to enable innovative and economical green methods across Henkel facilities in North America.
• This position would play a key role in developing, driving, and evaluating projects to reduce energy and water usage along with waste generation to help Henkel achieve Sustainability 2030 targets - zero CO2 emission from operations, zero waste water discharge and zero production waste.
