Description

• Develop sales revenue opex budgets, sales and marketing strategies, and forecasts for PV systems.
• Implement business strategies and initiatives of sales channel management and consolidation.
• Responsible for the management and execution of assigned projects, including interfacing with other company departments or functional groups to ensure projects meet revenue, market share, margin, and performance goals.
• Create sales literatures to promote PV modules, inverters, and energy storage systems.
• Lead and develop staff to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee all section activities and be the main guide for the section to help on strategy and coaching of staff to effectively use time and effort.
• Collect market information such as competitors' products, pricing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive positioning of the company.
• Responsible for maintaining a stable and effective profit margin for the section.
