About the role

You will be able to shape your future in an emerging EV tech company focused on aiding EV adoption. The ideal candidate should be able to work in an environment with minimal supervision and possess a high degree of problem-solving skills. Operating in a rapidly evolving environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new, and challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build, develop & nurture potential partnerships for building a reliable charging network in the city/region.

  2. Represent Bolt in key industry events & liaison with Govt. the discoms & other key stakeholders in the EV ecosystem.

  3. Own the revenue & network growth metrics for the city/region.

  4. Lead a sales team specialized in real estate, builders, channel & network acquisitions, adopt a data-driven approach to assess performance, RoI, and improve the approach.

  5. Own the P&L for the city operations.

  6. Cross-functional coordination with different teams

  7. Keep an eye on the region’s competitive landscape and be involved in strategic initiatives accordingly.

Key Requirements

  1. 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales.

  2. Experience managing sales teams.

  3. Candidates with existing networks with builders & commercial establishments will be preferred.

  4. Willingness to travel extensively within a city/region.

  5. Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

  6. Strong understanding of technology and business
