Job Description




Synergy Companies is looking for apprentice plumbing/HVAC technicians to join our team. Synergy Companies works with Southern California utility companies to install tankless water heaters at low or even no cost for our customers. Candidates with experience in plumbing and electric work are preferred but not required. We are looking for motivated people who enjoy working with their hands. Individuals who are able to problem solve and think for themselves are a great fit for this position. This position will include steady, year-round employment.




Duties/Expectations:

Skills/Qualifications:




Pass drug and background screening
High school graduate or GED
Competent in working with your hands and power tools
Customer etiquette and communicationProblem-solvingTech savvy (comfortable with computers, tablets, cell phones, and Google based programs)Valid Driver's License and good Driving RecordAble to work both independently and as part of a team
Bilingual a plus
