What You'll Do


As our Air Quality & GHG Emissions Specialist, you will support environmental analysis and documentation efforts, helping ensure projects meet regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality technical work.



Air Quality & GHG Analysis Prepare air quality and greenhouse gas analyses in support of CEQA and NEPA documentation for a variety of projects.
Emissions Modeling & Assessment Conduct emissions modeling and health risk assessments using tools such as CalEEMod, AERMOD, EMFAC, HARP, OFFROAD, and Excel.
Technical Review & Quality Assurance Review modeling outputs and analyses, providing QA/QC feedback to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaboration & Project Support Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery and integrate environmental considerations into planning and design efforts.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Planning, or a related field.
4+ years of direct professional experience conducting air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) analyses and assessments in compliance with CEQA and NEPA.
Proficiency with emissions modeling tools such as CalEEMod, AERMOD, EMFAC, HARP, OFFROAD, and Excel
Strong understanding of state and federal air quality and climate regulations, including CEQA, NEPA, and the Clean Air Acy
Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:



Salary: $70,000/yr – $110,000/yr (commensurate with experience)
Incentives: Discretionary bonus and recognition programs
