The role:
• Build and lead the company’s direct marketing and hedging function from the ground up.
• Develop and execute strategies for selling electricity directly into the market.
• Negotiate and manage power sales contracts and key commercial relationships.
• Design and implement hedging solutions to mitigate price volatility and manage risk.
• Oversee Guarantees of Origin (GOO) trading and compliance processes.
• Align commercial activities with production forecasts, financial targets, and regulatory frameworks.

The person:
• Experienced in the German electricity market, with a strong understanding of direct marketing, hedging, and energy sales.
• Commercially savvy, strategic, and comfortable working hands-on to get things done.
• Fluency in English and German.
