About Us

Hi! We are Studio Carbon. The multi-disciplinary design studio that is realising better futures through design. Headquartered in India, we also have a base in The Netherlands, and are making huge international waves in the rest of Europe, USA and Africa. We work across a wide range of design disciplines, such as Industrial Design, Communication Design, UI/UX Design, Systems Design and Education Design, making us a powerhouse organisation for design-led change in the world.

About The Job

Are you the type of designer who sees the world through a grid overlay? Do you find yourself unconsciously critiquing every app and website you encounter? Can you spot a misaligned element from a mile away? If your eye for detail is so sharp it could cut through bad design like a hot knife through butter, we want you on our team.

We're searching for a UI Designer who doesn't just create interfaces, but crafts experiences. Someone who understands that every pixel, every shade, and every interaction has the power to delight or frustrate users. Your canvas is the digital world, and your brushes are the latest design tools and technologies. You should be as comfortable discussing color theory as you are debating the merits of flat design versus skeuomorphism.

We need a visual virtuoso who can translate complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful interfaces. Someone who sees design not just as a job, but as a calling. A designer who loses track of time perfecting that gradient, tweaking that animation, or obsessing over the perfect icon set. If you believe that good design is invisible but great design is unforgettable, then you might just be the person we're looking for.

At Studio Carbon, we're building the future of digital experiences. Are you ready to leave your mark?
