Post Date: 31 May 2009 Contract Duration: One year with possible extension Salary: As per the organization scale Duty Station: Addis Ababa Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Confer with appropriate individuals to gain understanding of website intent, content, and structure - Design web pages, develop site layout, create navigation features, and integrate graphics and multimedia content - Develop sites with consistent look and feel; ensure sites are intuitive to use and contain uniform fonts, icons, images and layouts - Monitor and analyze website traffic; prepare reports or reporting systems that provide website “hit” and utilization feedback - Monitor web server and website performance; constantly seek efficiencies to improve performance - Upgrade/update information as required - Conduct on job training for one staff as assistant - Develop and manage a Local Area Network (LAN) for staff - Respond to IT support needs of staff and visitors - Other duties as assigned Interested applicants shall submit their non-returnable CV with application letter and other relevant documents.
