Water Hygiene Technician

WCS Water & Air is hiring an Experienced Water Hygiene Technician based in the North East of England. The role involves water sampling, temperature monitoring, and servicing equipment. The position offers a salary of £25,396.80-£25,500, with bonuses and overtime opportunities, 23 days holiday, and various benefits. Candidates should have previous experience and a full driving licence. The job is not remote and requires site visits in the region.

The successful candidate will be ideally based in Sunderland, Hartlepool, Peterlee, South Shields of Newcastle Upon Tyne area and will cover sites in the North East region.

Duties to be carried out:
• Water sampling
• Monitor water temperatures
• Perform descaling of shower heads and hoses
• Service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)
• Carry out tank cleans

Requirements
• Previous water hygiene experience
• Hold a full driving licence
• Confined space trained (advantageous)
