Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waste Minimisation Officer located in Clevedon. The Waste Minimisation Officer will be responsible for implementing waste reduction programs, coordinating recycling initiatives, and educating the community about sustainable waste management practices. Daily tasks include data analysis, community outreach, partnership development, and monitoring compliance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of waste management principles and sustainability practices
• Experience in community outreach, education, and public speaking
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of local environmental regulations and policies
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Administration, or related field preferable
• Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
