Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Burlington, WA, to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance for a solar panel company. Responsibilities include logistics activities, maintaining records for ISO compliance, and improving processes. Candidates should have supervisory experience and warehouse knowledge. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered with an innovative and fast-growing solar panel company to recruit a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory control, and compliance with safety protocols. Your leadership will drive efficiency and foster a positive work environment for the warehouse team.

What you get to do:
• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Perform Logistics activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving (piece parts and repairs), packing, and inventory management
• Maintain departmental records to ensure manufacturing ISO compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed to ensure that products are available when needed
• Provide staff assistance to the Warehouse Manager
• Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages
• Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management
• Develop, articulate, and maintain logistic process documentation
• Liaise with the internal departments regarding stock management of finished goods
• Create and provide international shipping documentation as needed

What you need to be successful:
• Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors.
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Proficient keyboarding skills.
• One-year supervisory experience
• Two years warehouse experience; or combination of relevant education and experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 3:30PM

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 (DOE)
