About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sustainability Reporting to join their Corporate Sustainability team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the firm’s sustainability reporting and disclosure initiatives, focusing specifically on financing activities.

As a key player in the team, you will monitor and analyze global sustainability reporting and disclosure policies, including frameworks like TCFD, ISSB, and CSRD, as well as U.S. state climate disclosure requirements. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will help develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability reporting strategy that aligns with the company’s ESG and climate report.

To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in sustainability reporting and disclosure, or financial reporting with a sustainability focus, ideally within the financial services sector. Strong analytical skills are crucial to navigate various sustainability-related policy issues, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to integrity, and the ability to foster collaboration in a large, matrixed organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates with an advanced degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.
