Job Responsibilities:

Lead utility business operations with a focus on power trading, power procurement, and energy management.
Build and manage relationships with DISCOMs, utilities, industrial consumers, generators, and regulatory authorities.
Drive business development initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
Optimize power procurement through efficient sourcing strategies and market participation.
Manage renewable energy procurement, power exchange transactions, and bilateral power contracts.
Ensure compliance with CERC, SERC, and other electricity market regulations.
Analyze market trends, demand-supply scenarios, and pricing dynamics to support trading decisions.
Lead key account management and deliver sustainable business growth.

Required Skills:

Experience in Power Trading / Utility Business
Strong understanding of Power Procurement & Energy Management
Knowledge of CERC/SERC Regulations
Experience with IEX/PXIL/Open Access
Business Development & Stakeholder Management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
