Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and analyze search results for risk assessment

Develop and implement global trademark protection and enforcement strategies

Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution from filing through registration

Handle trademark enforcement matters, including TTAB proceedings and online monitoring

Draft demand letters and manage UDRP proceedings for domain name disputes

Collaborate with clients and internal teams on brand protection strategies

Advise clients on evolving intellectual property issues, including AI-related developments



Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a Trademark Associate Attorney or IP Attorney

Strong background in trademark prosecution and enforcement

Experience with copyright prosecution and enforcement is a plus

Admission to a U.S. Bar required

Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
