1. The government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the One WaSH National Programme (CWA-II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Civil Work, Supply and Installation of pipes and fittings. supply and installation of electromechanical equipment’s for dela rural pipe system at Selawa woreda.

2. Tigray Bureau of Water and Energy now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for civil work, supply and installation of pipes and fittings, supply and installation electromechanical equipment’s for dela rural pipe system at Selawa woreda. Time of Completion is 180 days and no margin of preference applies.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Projects Financing, dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
