Tele-Fundraising– Donor Acquisition

WWF-India is seeking a Tele-Fundraising Donor Acquisition professional in New Delhi. Responsibilities include acquiring new donors, managing relationships, and updating donor information. Candidates should have a background in sales or nonprofit fundraising, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This is a full-time position aimed at contributing to WWF's mission of promoting sustainability and biodiversity.
Roles and Responsibilities:-

Work on acquisition of new donors
Contact potential prospects to inform them about a program using script
Ask questions to understand prospect requirements and close sales
Enter and update prospect information in Donor management software
Manage, maintain and build relationships with supporters to achieve best results.
Keep records of calls, support or any other information as required

Education:-

UG:Any Graduate
PG:Any Postgraduate

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Demonstrated track record in sales or nonprofit fundraising,
Must have excellent verbal communication, written communication, and sales ability, preferably a professional speaking voice with strong phone etiquette skills, positive and energetic attitude, and strong desire to meet goals and commitments
Good report writing skills including the ability to deliver clear and concise written communications for a range of audiences.
Ability to relate effectively with diverse audiences,
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work as part of a cohesive and collaborative team,
