About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines across Italy and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Commissioning: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new wind turbines.
• Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, filter replacement, and inspections, ensuring turbines meet operational standards.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on wind turbines using specialized tools and technology.
• Component Replacement: Replace faulty components, including blades, gearboxes, and electrical systems.
• Data Logging: Collect and report turbine performance data, ensuring accurate records of inspections, repairs, and adjustments.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements:
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems related to wind turbines.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in the wind industry or similar industrial fields.
• Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to climb wind turbines, work at heights, and carry out physically demanding tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on achieving results.
• Driving License: A valid driver's license is essential due to the nature of the travel required for this role.
