In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive zero-waste strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on sustainability practices. They will also have a proven track record of developing and executing zero-waste or similar sustainability programs.

Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement waste reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to promote a circular economy.
• Track progress towards zero-waste objectives and report to the executive leadership team.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on sustainability practices.
• Proven track record of developing and executing zero-waste or similar sustainability programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and environmental regulations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on sound financial and environmental metrics.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including external partners.
