About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Grid Connection Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field and at least 3 years of experience managing grid connections within the renewable energy sector. They will also hold valid Health & Safety tickets relevant to grid management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for grid connection processes.
• Oversee all technical aspects of grid connections, from initial assessments to final implementation.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including utilities, contractors, and government agencies.
• Ensure all projects meet local and national regulations and standards with a proactive approach to safety and environmental compliance.
• Evaluate project performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
