Responsibilities
• Lead and execute sustainable agriculture initiatives at SW's demonstration site and community gardens.

• Support the backyard garden program.

• Orient and host volunteer groups.

• Engage in community outreach for off-site garden cultivation.

• Facilitate educational programming.
,
• Evaluate past plantings to optimize future plantings.

• Collaborate with staff and volunteer coordinator to implement planting plans effectively.
Requirements
• Ability to engage in physical labor, including standing for extended periods.

• Capability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects (~30lbs).
,
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks associated with gardening and maintenance.

• Stamina and endurance to sustain productivity throughout the workday.
