Sustainability Specialist State of Missouri

The State of Missouri is seeking a Sustainability Specialist for its Northeast Regional Office in Macon, MO. The role involves managing waste disposal, ensuring compliance with solid and hazardous waste regulations, and assisting the public and regulated entities. This position will be responsible for ensuring the proper management and disposal of wastes within the Northeast Region. You will perform technical work implementing the Missouri Solid Waste Management Laws and Regulations and the Missouri Hazardous Waste Management Law and Regulations to evaluate and determine environmental compliance.
