The Role
">

We're looking for a qualified Senior Sustainability Specialist to join our Building Science team. This position will provide sustainable consulting services within the firm, primarily for projects seeking certification through LEED and high-performance design. Additionally, this role will serve as a subject matter expert within our Building Science team.

Key Responsibilities
">

- Conduct project goal setting and early alignment of sustainability impacts
- Lead sustainability project management and 3rd-party certification efforts
- Assist designers, clients, engineers, and contractors with sustainable design research and implementation
- Develop and present sustainability trainings, as well as cultivate firm-wide resources
- Maintain knowledge of sustainability, wellness, and energy-related regulations/certification programs
- Monitor, track, and benchmark projects and goals
- Prepare materials for sustainable design awards

Requirements
">

We require a Bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural, mechanical, or environmental engineering. The ideal candidate should have ~5-8 years of relevant LEED project management experience, demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and evaluating sustainability concepts and strategies, familiarity with building performance analysis to guide project processes, effective project management, task management, and following through, as well as strong written and communication skills (presentation/training ability).
