Sustainability Leader

VirtualVocations is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Sustainability Leader to coach leaders on Continuous Improvement (CI), lead assessments, and drive value creation initiatives. Candidates should have proven CI leadership experience, preferably in Group Insurance or Service Operations, and strong executive presence. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred. The position is full-time and does not require a degree.

Key Responsibilities

Coach leaders across multiple tiers to build Continuous Improvement (CI) maturity and deliver training

Lead assessments and translate findings into strategic priorities, overseeing execution of improvement plans

Drive value creation initiatives and support leaders in linking improvement efforts to financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

Proven success in CI leadership within large-scale organizations

Experience in Group Insurance and / or Service Operations preferred

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at VP / SVP levels

Deep knowledge of advanced CI tools and systems

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) strongly preferred
