The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Environmental Sustainability program as a key member of our Corporate Responsibility team.

This role will oversee the development and implementation of our company's sustainability strategy, including data collection, reporting, and disclosure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies to drive business growth while minimizing environmental impact.
• Develop and implement our company's sustainability strategy, aligning it with our business goals and objectives
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of environmental data, including GHG emissions, waste, and water usage
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint, improve resource efficiency, and promote sustainable practices throughout our supply chain
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that our sustainability strategy is integrated into our business operations and decision-making processes
• Communicate our sustainability progress and achievements to various stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees
