Sustainability Intern - Full-time

Danaher Corporation is seeking a full-time Sustainability Intern in Marlborough, MA. The intern will collaborate with the Global Sustainability Team on environmental initiatives and sustainability projects aimed at reducing the company's environmental impact. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences or related fields, possess basic knowledge of environmental sustainability, and have strong communication skills. This is an on-site role.

The Sustainability Intern will gain hands-on experience and exposure with how we meet our mission to advance and accelerate therapeutics, while minimizing our impact on the environment/planet. Interns will work closely with the Global Sustainability Team.

This position reports to the Sustainability Leader and is located in Marlborough and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

+ Collaborate with our global sustainability team on environmental initiatives

+ Assist with sustainability projects and communication assets

+ Make an impact in the area of environmental sustainability

+ Participate in real-world environmental sustainability projects that help decarbonize our business and lead with eco-design

Who you are:

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related discipline

+ Basic knowledge of environmental sustainability

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

T he hourly range for this role is $28.00 . This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
