Sustainability Intern

Littelfuse is seeking a motivated Sustainability Intern for a paid 3-month internship in Chicago, IL. The role involves assisting with sustainability research, special projects, and communication initiatives. Candidates should be enrolled in relevant studies, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn about sustainability in manufacturing. Littelfuse Sustainability Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Sustainability Intern. With us, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and acquire valuable skills and insights into the sustainability field while working closely with our experienced professionals. This is a paid 3 months internship to gain hands-on experience in a truly global company. While there is no guarantee of permanent employment at the end of this internship, exceptional performance may be considered for future opportunities within our organization.

In This Internship You Will
• Learn about sustainability issues facing global manufacturing companies
• Assist with research on climate and sustainability trends and issues globally, including peer benchmark research
• Assist with special projects, presentations, reports, and issues monitoring
• Help develop protocol to position the organization to monitor evolving regulatory landscape
• Assist with communication initiatives to educate the workforce on key sustainability issues and initiatives
• Gain research, writing and communication skills
• Have the chance to take initiative and provide ideas for improvements
• Closely collaborate with team members and other teams in the organization

About You
• Currently enrolled in Business, Economics, Sustainability/Climate, or Communication studies and eager to gain experience in the Sustainability field
• Strong desire to learn about how manufacturing companies manage sustainability topics
• Available to work in a full-time role
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Team player with good communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Motivated to join an international and fast-paced environment

This Sustainability internship session starts on June 2nd. Applications are accepted until April 30th.
