We are seeking an experienced Air Quality Regulatory Consultant to join our team at Black & Veatch. In this role, you will provide strategic air regulatory and permitting consulting services to clients across various industries. You will determine regulatory applicability, prepare air construction and operating permit applications, and review proposed modifications and air pollution control technologies associated with New Source Review (NSR).

A bachelor's degree in atmospheric science, meteorology, environmental engineering, or environmental sciences is required, as well as 5+ years of experience with regulatory-approved air emissions modeling software (AERMOD). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary plan of ENS: Eng & Technical Specialties and a job grade of 130.
