Sustainability Engineer

ZincFive, Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Engineer to support its sustainability goals through strategic and hands-on initiatives. The role involves leading cross-functional projects, managing sustainability risks, conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field and experience in sustainability engineering. This position can be performed remotely or at the Tualatin, OR headquarters.
The Sustainability Engineer will provide strategic, tactical and hands-on support to help achieve ZincFive’s long-term sustainability goals and effectively manage sustainability related risks. The Sustainability Engineer will lead cross-functional projects with the goal of implementing solutions pertaining to ZincFive’s sustainability strategy. The position is responsible for collaborating on external reporting, customer diligence requests, and regulatory compliance in coordination with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing Life Cycle Assessments (“LCAs”) of hardware products and chemical processes as well as publishing Environmental Product Declarations (“EPDs”).
