Sustainability Coordinator

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator in Denver, CO, to develop and implement sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and in teams are essential. The role is full-time with a salary range of $52K–$90K per year.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sustainability Coordinator to join the team at Urban Outfitters. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's sustainability initiatives and initiatives with a focus on reducing our environmental impact. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of how sustainability can be used to create positive change in the retail industry.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or a related field is highly desirable• At least 3 years of experience in a sustainability-focused role• Excellent understanding of current sustainability trends and initiatives• Strong ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to sustainability challenges• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Passionate about making a positive change in the retail industry
