KI is hiring a Sustainability Coordinator in Green Bay, WI, to support corporate environmental initiatives and ensure adherence to sustainability standards. The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in Business Management or a related field, with preferred experience in environmental protocols. LEED Accreditation is required within one year of hire. The Sustainability Coordinator supports a broad scope of environmental services for the corporation. This position will help with corporate environmental initiatives by providing documentation across the organization to facilitate adherence to existing and future environmental standards and programs. The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in Business Management/Business or Associated Accredited in a related field with specialty training in Environmental Design preferred. 5 years' experience working with environmental and sustainability protocols and programs preferred but not necessary. LEED Accreditation or completion of LEED AP within one year of hire is necessary. This position pays $25/hour. Full benefits package offered.
Responsibilities
• Support corporate environmental initiatives by providing documentation across the organization.

• Facilitate adherence to existing and future environmental standards and programs.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability protocols and programs.

• Collaborate with various departments to promote sustainability practices.

• Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and progress.
Requirements
• B.A. in Business Management/Business or associated accredited in a related field with specialty training in Environmental Design preferred.
