Timely Recruit seeks a Sustainability Consultant in London/Surrey for a hybrid role (3 days in office). The position requires expertise in ESG frameworks, carbon footprinting, and sustainability strategy. The salary ranges from £35,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.

Location: London/ Surrey Locations ( Hybrid - 3 days in office a week)

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience)

Our client is looking for an experienced ESG & Sustainability Consultant with expertise in ESG frameworks, carbon footprinting, and sustainability strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering end-to-end sustainability projects, helping businesses achieve their net-zero and ESG objectives. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who can hit the ground running and provide high-impact solutions across a diverse range of clients.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver end-to-end ESG and sustainability projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Conduct carbon footprint assessments, advise on net-zero strategies, and develop comprehensive carbon reduction plans.
• Provide expert guidance on ESG frameworks and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with industry standards (e.g., TCFD, CSRD, IFRS, EU Taxonomy).
• Develop impact reports, sustainability disclosures, and ESG strategies tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to embed ESG principles into business operations and decision-making.
• Stay ahead of emerging sustainability trends and best practices, ensuring clients receive cutting-edge insights and recommendations.

Professional and Personal Attributes:
• Experience in end-to-end ESG consultancy, with hands-on project delivery expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ESG regulations and frameworks, applied across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive sustainability initiatives forward.
• Excellent report writing, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for net-zero and sustainability.
