Role Responsibilities
The Energy Systems Analyst will be responsible for assessing building mechanical and electrical systems while performing technical on-site surveys and in-office analysis on assigned projects. The analyst will work closely with senior-level staff and project managers to develop energy-efficient and deferred maintenance scope on assigned projects.

Primary Duties:
• Assist in the production of projects that meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and identify energy-efficient and deferred maintenance scope.
• Perform mechanical system calculations, including load calculations and ventilation schedules.
• Interact with owners, clients, and architects as needed to prepare meeting notes and design drawings for mechanical systems.
• Design and prepare drawings for mechanical systems, including duct and pipe sizing.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, including energy modeling, financial modeling, lighting, and design.
