Sustainability Architect

Shilpshala is hiring a Sustainability Architect, Interior Designer, and 3D Visualizer in Faridabad, Haryana. Candidates should possess relevant experience and skills in design, project coordination, and sustainability. The roles require proficiency in software like AutoCAD and Revit, and strong communication abilities. The positions are full-time and involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on various design projects.
Role Overview:
Shilpshala is expanding its core design team and inviting applications from dynamic and skilled professionals across architecture, sustainability, landscape, interiors, and visualization. Currently, the company is hiring for the following positions:
- Architect with strong acumen for Sustainability (08 years)
- Interior Designer (18 years)
- 3D Visualizer (03 years)

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong design thinking, technical understanding, and attention to detail.
- Ability to support conceptual design, drawings, documentation, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Revit, 3D rendering tools, etc. depending on the role.
- Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage time-bound deliverables.
- Interest in sustainable, context-driven, and research-oriented design approaches (especially important for the architect role).
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Qualifications Required:
- 0-8 years of experience for an Architect with a focus on sustainability.
- 1-8 years of experience for an Interior Designer.
- 0-3 years of experience for a 3D Visualizer.

Additional Details:
The general responsibilities applicable across profiles include assisting in project design development from concept to execution, preparing and managing drawings, models, presentations, and documentation, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and site teams as required, supporting material research, specifications, BOQs, and quality control, maintaining organized project documentation, and adhering to expected timelines.
