Sustainability and Innovation Specialist

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sustainability and Innovation Specialist in Springdale, AR. The role involves leading research on packaging technology, managing multiple projects related to packaging development and sustainability, and collaborating with various departments to enhance packaging processes and achieve cost savings. The position is full-time and does not require a degree.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead research and design of new package technology to deliver new or improved packaged products.
• Manage multiple packaging development, sustainability, technical application, and cost reduction projects and/or programs.
• Partner with Business Units, Insights, Innovation, Supply Chain Engineering, Product Development R&D, Procurement, and Suppliers to facilitate new or improved packages, packaging upgrades, new, or improved processes and cost savings.
