About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain sustainability team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sustainable procurement strategy across North America.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and colleagues across Optimize to develop and refine our sustainable procurement strategy, with a particular focus on decarbonization in travel-related categories.">
• Work closely with stakeholders across the firm, including Global Sustainability and Finance teams, to ensure environmental sustainability is integrated into business-as-usual processes.">
• Develop and implement change management efforts to drive the adoption of sustainable procurement practices across our supply chain.">
• Engage with suppliers to encourage them to adhere to our environmental sustainability standards and identify collaboration opportunities.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees preferred.">
