Supply Chain Manager

POWER GREEN is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Thrissur, Kerala. Responsibilities include developing supply chain strategies, managing operations, coordinating with vendors, analyzing data, negotiating contracts, and leading a team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management. The position is full-time and offers a salary of ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month with various benefits.

Department: Logistics & Operations

Location: Mannuthy, Thrissur

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, reduce costs, and improve performance.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and plan inventory to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to supply chain activities.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles.

Experience in manufacturing, electrical products will be more preferable

Strong background in procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of supply chain risk management and cost optimization strategies.
