Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) while ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various hand tools and equipment. The Solderer will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the fabrication of reliable electronic products.

Duties
• Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs following schematics and technical drawings.
• Utilize hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, and Ohmmeters to perform precise soldering tasks.
• Fabricate and modify components as necessary to ensure proper fit and function within assemblies.
• Conduct inspections of completed assemblies for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Work with surface mount technology (SMT) to assemble components on PCBs efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and electrical wiring during the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience
• Previous experience in soldering or electronics assembly is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and technical documents is essential for successful assembly tasks.
• Experience working with hand tools and equipment related to PCB assembly is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) processes will be considered an asset.
• A strong understanding of electrical wiring principles and logic controllers will enhance performance in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
