Solar Technician

Jlinkindia is hiring a Solar Technician to support its expanding Renewable Energy business in Maharashtra. Candidates should have experience in solar power plant design, installation, and project execution. A diploma or degree in relevant fields is required, along with strong communication skills. The role involves traveling to project locations and offers opportunities in solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects, with performance-based incentives.

Solar Power Plant Design & Installation
Rooftop Solar Projects
Ground Mounted Solar Projects
Wind Turbine Installation & Commissioning
Hybrid Solar-Wind Systems
Electrical Design, Earthing & Safety Compliance
Site Survey, Project Execution & O&M Activities
Government Approvals, Net Metering & Subsidy Projects

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related disciplines.
Willingness to travel across project locations.
Ability to handle project execution independently.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Electrical Drawings, and Renewable Energy Systems will be an added advantage.
