About the position

Trillium Construction is seeking skilled Solar Technicians to join our team in Tucson, Arizona, specifically for the task of PV Module String Harness Replacement. This role is crucial in ensuring that the installation and removal of parallel harnesses are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established guidelines. Technicians will work closely with Leads to facilitate the harness installation process, which is vital for the overall performance and safety of solar energy systems. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in solar technology, with at least one year of relevant experience. This experience will enable them to effectively contribute to the team and ensure that all installations meet the required standards. Technicians will be expected to wear the necessary PPE, including steel toe boots, hard hats, high visibility vests, safety glasses, flame-resistant shirts and pants, and snake chaps. Additionally, they will need to utilize specific tools such as headlamps, flathead screwdrivers, diagonal cutters, and belt material pouches to perform their duties effectively.
