Job Summary:

Enerture is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems to ensure their optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and other components.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate the suitability for solar installations.
• Perform system testing and commissioning to verify functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to solar energy systems and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering team to implement system layouts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including site assessments, installation reports, and service logs.
• Educate customers about system functionality and basic maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
• Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in solar PV installation or maintenance.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in solar installations.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
