We're expanding our closer teams team and looking for proven closers and driven sales professionals ready to grow their income in a high-demand industry. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of sales experience, but we also welcome experienced closers looking for stronger support, better products, and higher earning potential. With uncapped commission, paid training, and multiple revenue streams, first-year reps average $150,000

• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close Required Qualifications
• Inside or outside sales experience preferred
(Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
