Job Description
Freedom Solar Pros is hiring Solar Sales Consultants in Baltimore, MD, for both entry-level and experienced roles. Responsibilities include generating leads, closing sales through presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers competitive pay ($50,000 - $250,000 annually), growth opportunities, and a flexible schedule. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude. This is an in-person role with no degree required.

Teams right now are seeking experienced closers or lead generation representatives to continue to pour the gas on the fire of the thriving, high quality solar programs in their area. Responsibilities:
· Daily responsibilities differ based upon experience and role from generating and qualifying new customers to closing contracts through zoom and in-home sales presentations
· Represent Freedom professionally while helping to raise awareness of solar power and battery Storage in your area
· Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout
· Take part in continuous education and training opportunities to hone your craft and build your Sales/Customer Service career

· Experience with commission-based compensation packages
· Knowledge of CRM platforms & overall technical competency is a plus
· Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting-edge industry
