What You'll Do:
• Lead Effectively: Oversee and actively engage in the installation of solar modules, wiring, and electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with NEC standards and company practices.
• Mentor Your Team: Provide daily guidance and technical support to your team, nurturing a culture of safety and high performance.
• Tackle Challenges: Resolve on-site issues to guarantee seamless project execution while assisting our customers.
• Document Accurately: Keep detailed installation records for transparency and quality assurance.
• Communicate Well: Engage with customers, inspectors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prioritize Safety: Maintain a safe and organized job site, operating vehicles and equipment responsibly.

Qualifications We're Seeking:
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: Current Electrician License or documented progress toward licensure preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in solar installation, electrical work, or construction.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, capability to work at heights, and comfort with tools.
• Physical Stamina: Able to regularly lift 40-50 lbs and perform demanding outdoor tasks.
• Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams and create a positive work atmosphere.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliability: Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
