Site Operations Lead

Remix is hiring a Site Operations Lead in Hessen, Germany, responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring high-quality passenger transport in the Frankfurt region. The role involves leading the field team, collaborating with central operations, optimizing processes, and contributing to expansion efforts. As a Site Operations Lead you are responsible for the smooth operational flow and ensure a high quality of passenger transport in the wider Frankfurt region. You are the contact person for our local team and our local partners, involved in projects to centralize and automate processes and work towards achieving key performance indicators.

Please note this role is internally referred to as Field Manager.

What You Will Do:
• You are responsible for managing daily operations and own key performance metrics for our on-demand services
• You lead the field team on-site, work closely with the central operations team, act as a point of contact for partners and driving staff, and actively contribute ideas for process optimization
• You analyze feedback from passengers, drivers, and partners, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance service quality
• You play a vital role in Via’s expansion efforts, driving projects like depot and charging infrastructure setup, and recruiting and training drivers

Who You Are:
• You have at least 1-4 years of work experience to guide you. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experience levels - whether you’ve worked as a store manager, had a role at a startup, or come from a completely different industry - we want to hear from you.
• You can balance the needs of different stakeholders, find the right tone in every situation and embody a positive leadership personality
• You have a quick grasp and approach complex issues in a solution-oriented manner
• Continuous improvement is your mission, and you are data-driven and passionate about technical topics
• Your German language skills are at least C1 level and your English is fluent
• You have a valid driver's license in Germany, class B
