Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing vendor payments, optimizing billing and collections, maintaining fixed asset registers, and collaborating on strategic financial initiatives. Responsibilities are as follows:
• Accounts Payable (AP):
• Oversee timely processing of vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
• Develop strategies to optimize payment cycles while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Ensuring proper provisioning booking and timely book close
• Provide Audit support for concluding the yearly audits
• Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Manage invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Optimize collection cycles and maintain low levels of outstanding receivables.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Driving AR automation projects like order level recon and connect with business team to drive the collections
• Fixed Assets (FA):
• Maintain accurate fixed asset registers in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor capital expenditure budgets and align them with organizational goals.
• Conduct periodic asset verification and ensure proper tagging and tracking.
• Strategic Initiatives:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
• Support audits by ensuring the availability of all necessary documentation.
• Use financial data and analytics to recommend improvements in cost management and resource allocation.
